Did the pull chain switch for your ceiling fan light break off?

Don't sweat it – this Zing Ear ZE-109 switch is an easy and affordable fix!
You get 3 switches in the pack, which is handy because these things seem to fail at the worst times.
It's a simple two-wire on/off switch, perfect for controlling just the light kit on your fan (not the fan speed).

The switch has a plastic body and a nickel-plated beaded pull chain that feels sturdy.
It's rated for 3 amps at 250 volts or 6 amps at 125 volts, so it works with most incandescent, halogen, or LED bulbs in your fan light.

This switch is compatible with tons of fan brands like Hunter, Hampton Bay, Westinghouse, Harbor Breeze, Kichler, and Casablanca.
It's also UL/CSA certified for safety.

Installation is pretty simple if you're handy: TURN OFF THE POWER at the breaker first!
Then, you just connect the two black wires from the switch to the two wires in your fan canopy.

If your old switch has three wires, you need a different model (like a ZE-110).

With this, you'll have your light working again in no time.

A super useful DIY repair part to keep around the house.
