Working on a reverse osmosis (RO) water system?
These little ball valves are super handy.
They're designed to install on the line between your RO membrane and the pressurized storage tank.
Why?
So you can shut off the tank when you need to change the pre-filters or membrane.
This stops you from draining (and wasting) a whole tank of purified water during maintenance.
The valve has a 1/4-inch OD push-to-connect fitting on one end (for standard RO tubing) and a 1/4-inch female thread on the other (to screw onto the tank's valve port).
Made from food-grade Acetal Copolymer plastic (white body, blue handle), so it's safe for drinking water.
The push-to-connect end makes installation tool-free – just push the tubing in until it clicks.
Comes in a pack of 5, which is great because they're useful in other spots in your system too.
